What are the event’s entry times?

The Carnaval begins its celebration with an inaugural party for those with boletos de tres días y campamento, abriendo sus puertas a las 3:00 p.m.  Sino cuentas con boleto de campamento, el acceso se realizará a partir de las 06:00 p.m. Las puertas estarán cerrando el domingo 20 de febrero a las 6:00 p.m. No se permitirá el acceso de asistentes al área del Carnaval fuera de estos horarios.

El campamento de Bahidorá abre sus puertas el viernes 18 de febrero a las 3:00 p.m. (para asistentes con boleto para 3 días) y, dependiendo de la zona de camping que tengas, cierra sus puertas el domingo 20 a las 6:00 p.m. (Zona B) o el lunes 21 de febrero a las 11:00 a.m. (Zona A). Quienes acampan únicamente tendrán acceso a la zona del Carnaval y el río durante los horarios de apertura del Carnaval.

Si deseas llegar al Carnaval desde el viernes 18 de febrero, es necesario que cuentes con un boleto de 3 días, incluso si cuentas con boleto de campamento. Si cuentas con un boleto general de 2 Días, podrás ingresar al Carnaval a partir de las 11:00 a.m. del sábado.

¿Está permitido reingresar al carnaval?

Sí, en horarios específicos: sábado a partir de las 11: 00 a.m. / domingo a partir de las 08:00 a.m.

What are the set times for the musical numbers?

The doors will open from 3:00 pm. You may check the set times soon.

Is the venue friendly to people with motor disabilities?

Yes, most spaces are flat and friendly to people in wheelchairs. In addition, the Carnaval has resting areas.

Do I need an official ID to access?

Yes, you will need to show an official and valid ID

Can I access with food or drink to the Camping zone?

You are not allowed to access the Camping zone or the Carnaval with food or drink; however.

you can bring empty thermos bottles with you.

Am I allowed to bring water or a thermos bottle?

You are allowed to introduce empty thermos bottles, but you cannot access with food or drink.

Can I bring my medication?

Yes. We urge you to bring your medical prescription as well to verify your possession of medication.

What am I not allowed to bring to the Carnaval?

The following items will not be allowed:

Cámaras de video profesionales, selfie sticks, drones, sillas, bultos grandes, alimentos y bebidas (de ningún tipo), mascotas, drogas y otras sustancias prohibidas, recipientes de vidrio (incluyendo perfumes), aerosoles, sustancias inflamables, cadenas, sillas plegables, walkie tokies, carritos de transporte, objetos punzocortantes como tijeras, cuchillos, navajas, ni armas.

How much is a Carnaval de Bahidorá pass?

We have different types of passes; their prices increase as the Carnaval’s date approaches. Check the specifics for each pass type and the current sale stage in tickets section..

Where can I get my passes?

 You can buy your passes online through Passline, You may also purchase them through independent outlets, with which you can become familiar following the ticket section.

Is the Camping pass individual?

Is it safe to purchase secondhand passes?

You can only ensure your pass’s validity if you purchase it directly from the official Bahidorá outlets or from a safe secondhand outlet like StubHub.

My pass is not under my name. Can I use it to access the event, or will I encounter any trouble?

You may access as long as your pass is valid. We do not recommend buying secondhand passes, for they might be duplicates.

If I am unable to attend the Carnaval, where can I sell my pass?

Bahidorá only recommends secondhand selling through safe outlets like StubHub. Use this platform if you wish to sell your pass.

What is the weather like #EnBahidorá?

Warm weather is predominant throughout the day and during the evening; nevertheless, the early morning can get VERY chilly. 

We recommend bringing sunscreen for the day and warm clothing for the night.

Is there security and medical assistance?

Absolutely.
The Carnaval is ready to assist you in case of any incident.

Are there payment terminals for credit/debit cards?

Yes. Charging stations have payment terminals for credit and debit cards.

Are there any ATMs?

Yes, There is one ATM for cash withdrawal. We nevertheless recommend you take with you the cash you will need in advance so as to save time at the Carnaval.

Are there any lockers?

There are limited lockers for the general public inside the Carnaval’s area. If you will be camping, we recommend you bring a lock to protect your tent.

Are there any vegan/vegetarian food options?

Yes. There are plenty of vegan and vegetarian food options Check the projects partaking in our gastronomical offer section..

Is there any collective transport to the Carnaval?

Yes. We offer a round-trip bus route from and to Mexico City. Check prices, schedule and departing points in our tickets section.

Can I change the date of my bus ticket?

No. Once bought, the ticket cannot be transferred to a different date.
