COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

The organization of Bahidorá Carnival will adopt the following guidelines and protocols, established together with the health and civil protection authorities of the State of Morelos, in order to mitigate the risk of infection of COVID-19 during the event.

We kindly ask all event attendees to carefully review this information, and to join in the collective efforts to avoid any setback during their experience at Bahidorá.

CARNAVAL ACCESS

In order to enter the Carnival, attendees must present any of the following documents:

Certificate of negative COVID-19 test. PCR or antigen test with negative result. This certificate must be less than 48 hours old at the time of entering the event. The test must be of any type approved by COFEPRIS. Check here the list of approved tests.

Vaccination certificate with complete table. A complete vaccination schedule is considered as long as there is a minimum of two doses, or a single dose in the case of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. This certificate must be a maximum of 6 months old at the time of entering the event.

IMPORTANT: All attendees must carry and present official  ID along with their certificate. Security personnel will check that the certificates presented are in the name of the person who wishes to enter the event.

There will be temperature taking for all attendees. In case of registering a high temperature you will not be able to enter the festival, regardless of your vaccination status.
*In case you feel COVID related symptoms, do not attend the carnival.

 

 Covid Hygiene Rules during the event

In order to enter the Carnival, attendees must do all of the following:

> The appropriate use of face masks is mandatory at all times, except during the consumption of food and beverages.
> When coughing or sneezing, use the inside of your elbow
> Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth with your hands.
> Keep a healthy distance with people who are not part of your group, especially in lines and common spaces of the event.
> Avoid shaking hands or kissing.
> Bahidorá will have a medical module with certified immediate tests, which will operate at all times. If you perceive any symptoms, go to this module immediately 

Sanitary measures

> The common areas of the Carnival (dining rooms, bathrooms and food and beverage bars) will be disinfected periodically, using certified materials for disinfection.
> Hand washing stations will be located at multiple points in Las Estacas to facilitate personal disinfection.
> All event staff will wear face masks at all times.

ACT RESPONSIBLY AND TAKE CARE OF EVERYONE’S HEALTH. AVOID ATTENDING THE CARNIVAL IF: 

> You present fever, shortness of breath, muscle or throat pain, fatigue, loss of sense of smell or taste, headache, as well as any other COVID-19 symptoms in the 48 hours before Carnival.
> You tested positive for COVID-19 in a period of 14 days prior to the Bahidorá Carnival, or if you were exposed to someone with that disease in the same period of time.
